Dr. Elizabeth Elkinson
M.D., FACOG
Dr. Elkinson is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist who has treated patients in Lexington for 15 years. She is excited to introduce the first concierge practice in our area designed specifically for women. She attended Medical School at the University of Kentucky and graduated cum laude, and then completed a residency program in obstetrics and gynecology at Harbor- UCLA Medical Center. She is a member of the American Board of Ob/Gyn and continued to pursue her understanding of midlife issues by becoming certified with the North American Menopause Society. She is also a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
She is committed to offering compassionate care of the highest standard to her patients. She enjoys treating a broad range of issues that impact women’s health including hormonal issues from PCOS and infertility, menopause, women’s wellness and weight loss, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
She also takes special interest in offering alternative therapies when they are effective and proven to treat issues that women have struggled with in a more traditional gynecology practice, so you can have options to optimize your health and wellness. She strives to put your experience and outcome at the center of her practice.
Michelle Bayer LPN
Office Manager and Membership Director.
Michelle is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 25 years of experience with the majority of that working in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
She graduated from North Central College in Ohio in 1996. Upon graduation she moved to Lexington to begin her career in healthcare. She has dedicated her nursing career to caring for woman in all stages of life.
As many of you may know, she is also one of the most dedicated, compassionate people, always striving to help patient’s reach their goals. As Practice Manager and Membership Director, she will guide you through any questions you have about our practice. Then, as a member of the practice, she will be another force for good in your health care journey.
Jennifer Neustat
RN
Jennifer Neustat (R.N.) is an advanced Nurse Injector with over 20 years of experience in the field of aesthetics.
Jennifer has dedicated years to her craft, and is focused on helping clients reflect their beauty through a “less is more” philosophy. She performs a detailed assessment for each client and develops a long term plan that can include filers, toxins, RF micro needling and Euro Threads. Jennifer’s artistry and attention to detail truly set her apart and ensure beautiful results.
